There are a few places I shouldn't ever be let loose. Who am I kidding? There are a lot of places I shouldn't be let loose. Zara, a gourmet supermarket and Da Paolo Gastronomia are probably the top three places. While I've managed to stay away from the latter two quite easily today while I killed time in between meetings, Zara came very close to wrecking a hole in my non-existent pocket. I have raved about their Spring Summer 2011 collection enough, but I still can't get enough. The colours are so much fun!
I never wear sleeveless clothes because of my massive bodybuilder arms, but these frocks fresh off the racks of Zara are quite cute aren't they? They're SGD$89.90 and come in sizes Small & Medium:
The colour block dress on the left is from Zara and I loved the material and how it's cut. It's a great dress to do the colour blocking trend without going overboard.
The floral maxi number on the right is from Topshop [SGD$163]. I've tried on a similar-cut black maxi dress from Topshop a couple months ago, and while I do like it, I very rarely wear maxi dresses anymore.
This sheer printed top from Topshop [SGD$103] has sleeves that are out of this world. And I'm a sucker for killa sleeves. Paired with tailored shorts and sky-high stilettos, it's the perfect amount of sexy without looking skanky:
