Holy cow, the month of February has been one rollercoaster. Here are the things I'm most thankful for, and if you haven't done so in a while - list some things you're most grateful for in your life, no matter how insignificant it may seem. You'll see that you have a lot to be happy about than you realise!

*Jobs In the last eight years since I've started working in the real work, I've done everything from events planning, fashion styling, co-producing and writing, and ultimately, at the end of the day, it all comes down to doing what I love. Admittedly, now that I'm no longer 21 and have responsibilities and near-future plans, I also have to suck it up and do work I don't necessarily enjoy because I have to pay my bills, but at the end of the day, it's nice to know I can cozy up with a hot cup of tea and lie next to my boyfriend in bed with both of us furiously working on whatever we're writing at the moment. [It's nice to be dating a writer too.]

*Reassurance While I love this blog, and I love writing, sometimes I hope for more responses and more heated arguments, and I've been getting a flurry of emails recently, amongst other signs that reassure me I should keep on with thedramadiaries. I love that - I love how my readers too have an incredible voice, and they're not afraid to speak out. Kudos, kids! :o) If you wanna, drop me a reply with your blog URLs if you have one, I'd love to read your blogs as you do mine!

*Some truth:

*Change Sometimes I think change is a good thing, other times, I feel like I'm so set in my ways I'm so stubborn to do anything else. J graduates from his Masters programme in two months, and it scares the hell out of me. There's going to be a lot of changes to come - good or bad, I'm not sure, but for once, in my life, I'm taking each day as it comes. Any more and I'll be completely overwhelmed and claustrophobic at the same time, I wouldn't know what to do with myself. It's a new experience, for sure, and I'm thankful for a challenge that's keeping me on my tippy toes - albeit not literally, because I can't do that just yet since my toe is still healing.

* One more for the road, on the road... And since we have just enough time for one more beach vacation while J is in Asia before he graduates, we're going on a last beach trip in Asia - which means we would have gone to seven places together in the span of seventeen months that we've been together. That's pretty badass, no? This is a great anthem for our last trip before he gets done with school, and it'll be a pretty good track to run to, too, if I could run, that is:

* My wanderlusting parents My mum has left for a twelve-day trip with her older brother, his wife and my mum's younger sister; and my dad's leaving for a week-long vacay tomorrow. My folks are kinda cool in the strangest of ways, I love them.

What's on your Love List, kids?
