TONIGHT WITH JAY LENO

I didn't do a lot of touristy things in LA. I figured I will have a good part of my life to discover the city so I should take my time. ;o) One of the possibly touristy things we did though was to catch the taping of the Tonight Show. It was a first-come-first-served basis, and because I'm not the most patient of people, we arrived later and was the 147th and 148th person in the queue. We figured we'd be at the back until we were ushered to the front row. J said it's cos they want to make it seem like the show has a young and diverse audience.

Of course, I spent the most of the show fake laughing and twiddling my thumbs because I didn't get most of the American political jokes, but it was a cheap thrill seeing myself [and my over-the-shoulder] on American telly.
