MY HEIGHT, MY HEELS, AND PEOPLE I WANT TO PUNCH

A lot of things, and a lot of people annoy me. I have to admit though, I am a little more patient these days - whether it's my boyfriend's too-cool-to-care demeanour rubbing off me, or that I can't be arsed anymore with age, I like to think that I'm less likely to want to pound the living daylights out of someone who annoys me now compared to a few years ago.

One of the things that still get on my nerves is when people, when I'm in Singapore, of course, ask me about my height, or my heels, or my height in relation to my heels. I was waiting in line for the washroom in the office when the woman in front of me asked, "How tall are you?"

I don't know about you, but I don't go around asking people about their vital statistics. The funny thing is, this happens to me A LOT. Just because I'm taller than the average person in Singapore, and even much taller in my skyscraper heels doesn't mean it's okay to ask me about my height.

"Do you want to know my bra size as well?" I asked.

That seemed to shut her up. What kind of inappropriate questions do you get asked?
